Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 5, 2026
This policy explains how Coadia Inc., doing business as Mozu Health (“Mozu,” “we,” or “us”), handles personal information collected through this website, its contact and recruitment forms, and its restricted-access research pages. Contact us at info@mozuhealth.com with privacy questions or requests.
This is a website privacy policy. It does not replace the separate notices, permissions, agreements, or legal requirements that apply to patient information or clinical datasets. Please do not submit patient records, medical histories, or other sensitive health information through our website forms.
Information we collect and why
- Inquiries: your email address, message, submission time, and approximate city, region, and country. We use these to respond to requests, understand inquiries, and manage business communications.
- Applications: your email, application message, LinkedIn profile, optional X profile details, submission time, and approximate location. We use these to evaluate and respond to your interest in working with us.
- Accounts and access: your email, company or email domain, account creation date, passcode records, access level, number of sign-ins, and most recent sign-in time and location. We use these to provide and administer access to restricted materials.
- Sign-in and activity records: we store sign-in history associated with your email, including the time and approximate city, region, and country. When our activity logging service is enabled, sign-ins and visits to protected pages also record your email, session identifier, IP address, approximate location, time zone, browser/device information, and the page path. We use these records to administer access, understand use of restricted materials, and investigate misuse.
- Hosting information: our hosting provider processes network and request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.
We receive information directly from you, from your browser and interactions with the website, and from our hosting provider.
Login location
We store approximate login location derived from your IP address by our hosting provider. This can include city, state or region, country, and time zone. It is an estimate and may be inaccurate, particularly if you use a VPN, proxy, or mobile network. The website does not request GPS access or use your device’s precise-location permission. Authorized administrators can see sign-in history and location.
Cookies and browser storage
After sign-in, we use an essential session cookie to maintain access and enforce account permissions. It normally expires after 30 days; designated testing accounts use shorter sessions. The login page also saves your email in your browser’s local storage to make returning easier. That saved email stays until it is overwritten or you clear the site’s storage.
You can delete cookies and site storage in your browser. Deleting the session cookie signs you out, and blocking it prevents authenticated access. Clearing browser storage does not delete server-side account or activity records.
The website does not include advertising pixels or cross-site advertising trackers. Its essential access and security features do not change in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Global Privacy Control concerns opting out of sale or advertising-related sharing; this website does not use visitor information for those activities.
Who receives information
Authorized Mozu personnel can access information needed to handle inquiries, applications, accounts, and site administration. We use Netlify for hosting, server-side functions, location estimates, and data storage, and Resend to deliver passcodes and notification emails. Form contents, contact details, and approximate location may be included in notification emails.
When enabled, sign-in and protected-page activity records are sent to a separate logging service hosted at campaigns.real.photos. Those records can include your email and IP address. The service is separate from this website’s browser storage.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable law. The website’s forms and access-logging features do not sell visitor information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
Account records, sign-in history, inquiries, and applications do not currently have an automatic deletion period. They remain in server-side storage until removed; session-cookie expiry does not delete them. Retention decisions depend on account activity, the status of an inquiry or application, security needs, and legal obligations. Copies in email, service-provider systems, and backups may have separate retention periods. You can request deletion using the contact details below.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your website information, or close your account, by emailing info@mozuhealth.com. Include the email associated with your account or submission and describe your request. Do not send your passcode or sensitive identity documents. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights to receive a copy of your information, opt out of certain processing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, or appeal a denied request. To appeal, reply to our response and ask for a privacy review. Requests may be subject to legal exceptions, including records needed for security, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Where applicable law provides these rights, we will respond within its required time frames and will not discriminate against you for exercising them. You may also contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator.
Security and processing locations
We use access controls and secure transmission for the hosted website. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your passcode private. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate; privacy protections may differ from those in your location.
Children
This website is intended for professional and business use, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes to this policy
We will post changes here and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice or direct notice where appropriate or required by law.
